At Serving Kentucky, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
